This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Services or purchase/use Products.

1) SCOPE

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by CalcAI in connection with:

  • our website(s), dashboard(s), and applications;
  • device firmware and device-connected features;
  • customer support and communications;
  • orders, shipping, and transactional notifications.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services we do not control.

2) INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information you provide directly

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number.
  • Account information: login credentials (stored in secured/hashed form), account preferences, device settings.
  • Order information: shipping address, order contents, order history, purchase amounts, and order-related communications.
  • Support information: messages, troubleshooting details, attachments, screenshots, photos, and any information you provide to customer support.
  • User Content: prompts, text inputs, images, files, and configuration choices submitted through the Services.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage information: feature usage, settings interactions, timestamps, event logs, and performance metrics.
  • Technical information: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, OS version, app version, language, and crash/error logs.
  • Security and network data: request headers, traffic metadata, and signals used to protect the Services from abuse.

2.3 Information from service providers

  • Payment confirmation and fraud signals from payment processors and risk tools (we generally do not receive your full card number).
  • Delivery status from shipping carriers (when available).

3) HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information for the following purposes:

  • Provide and operate the Services and Products;
  • Process Orders including payment confirmation, shipping, returns, and customer service;
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts;
  • Send operational communications (shipping confirmations, account alerts, service notices);
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Maintain and improve reliability, performance, and user experience;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4) AI PROCESSING (OPENAI AND GEMINI)

If you use AI features, we process your inputs (including User Content such as prompts/images/files) to generate AI Output.

We may transmit relevant inputs to OpenAI and to services provided by Google (including Gemini) to generate outputs and provide AI functionality.

Do not submit sensitive information (passwords, full card numbers, government IDs, medical records) into AI inputs.

Model training statement. We do not sell your personal information. We do not intentionally use your User Content to train public, general-purpose AI models. We may use aggregated and de-identified analytics to improve reliability, security, and performance.

5) DISCLOSURES OF INFORMATION (WHO WE SHARE WITH)

We share information only as needed to operate the Services and fulfill Orders, including with:

  • SMS/phone communications provider: Twilio (to send verification codes and operational messages).
  • Transactional email provider: Resend (to deliver shipping confirmations and account/service alerts).
  • Payment processing: Authorize.Net and related payment partners (to process transactions and manage fraud/chargebacks).
  • Security and performance: Cloudflare (to protect and accelerate our Services).
  • AI processing providers: OpenAI and Google’s services (to generate AI outputs).
  • Legal and safety disclosures: if required by law, legal process, or to protect users, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, or protect our rights.
  • Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6) COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for:

  • authentication and session management;
  • security and fraud prevention;
  • preferences and feature operation;
  • performance and reliability measurements.

You can control cookies through browser settings. Some features may not function correctly without cookies.

7) SMS TERMS (TWILIO) — CONSENT AND OPT-OUT

If you provide your phone number:

  • you consent to receive operational texts relating to your account, security, and Orders;
  • message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply;
  • you may opt out by replying “STOP” where supported, or by emailing info@calcai.cc with your phone number and request.

Opting out may prevent you from receiving time-sensitive notifications.

8) DATA RETENTION

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Typical retention practices include:

  • Order records: retained for accounting and tax compliance.
  • Security logs: retained for a limited period to detect and prevent abuse.
  • Support communications: retained to resolve issues and improve support quality.
  • Account data: retained while your account is active; some records may remain after deletion where required or permitted by law.

9) SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10) YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You may request to access, correct, or delete certain personal information by emailing info@calcai.cc. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests. We may retain certain information as required or permitted by law (e.g., for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution).

11) CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
